RIP MJ...

The demise of 'The King of Pop' really sadden us... I grew up listening to his songs... I still remember when was 10 years old when i heard his popular single.. "Don't Stop 'til You Get Enough".. so catchy.. I like his dance too. Then, came all those big hits thru.. 'Thriller'...'Bad'..'Dangerous'.. his moonwalk.. his dance.. his moves.. his voice.. so much to talk about him. Whatever people says about your personal life.. it doesn't bother me... cuz nobody really knows you. What matters to me is that you are an amazing person.. you show love to people. Your songs inspire me. You never forget to remind us to care for the children and our living earth. You are right Michael.. we can't get e'nuf of you.. and we're not gonna stop to love you forever. Rest in peace..

May be another one?

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has told fans another signing could follow the capture of Portsmouth fullback Glen Johnson.

"We are working and trying to bring new players in but we are happy with the squad we have at the moment," he said.

"We were thinking about improving and with Johnson we have improved. Like I have already said, we could buy one more player without selling anyone. We now have to wait."

Another gonner...

Long-time Liverpool target, Keirrison, appears to be on his way to Barcelona – at least according to his agent, Marcos Malaquias.

Still only 20, the forward has become Brazil’s top scorer over the past two years.

Keirrison struck 41 times in all competitions in 2008. He finished joint top marksman in the Campeonato Brasileiro (Brazil’s national league) with 21 goals – a remarkable feat considering he missed a large chuck of the season through injury. This year, he has already put away 24 goals in 35 games for Palmeiras in the Campeonato Paulista (São Paulo’s state championship), the Brasileiro and the Libertadores.

Keirrison is owned by football management group, Traffic, and Palmeiras. His contract with the two parties runs until 2013.

Getting a UK work permit for the player could be an issue as he doesn’t have a European passport or is a Brazil regular – but a loan spell abroad is one way round that.

If Keirrison does move to Spain, it will be yet another case of an English club failing to snap up a young, talented Brazilian at a reasonable price. Because one thing is for sure, if Barcelona do pick him up, any future deal involving Keirrison is going to be considerably more expensive.
