Due to SX18 rate of these pics... it will only be shown for a short period of time. Tgk puas2 sebelum wa delete...TQ website ohbulan! di ats foto2 berkenaan..mana hangpa dpt ni?

tips on H1N1

Dont know how valid, but interesting ideas ..worth reading ..

http://ecohealingsystem.blogspot.com/2009/07/prevention-of-h1n1-disease.html

I am of the opinion , that when a person’s body becomes highly acidic, his /her immunity gets lost, and he/she becomes susceptible to any of the virus diseases. When a person consumes calcium containing food, the calcium keeps circulating in the lymph fluid for a while.

Such free-floating calcium in the lymph fluid provides the immunity. This calcium can be neutralised (spoiled) by an acid, and can also be removed through the urine.

Practically all the overweight people avoid drinking adequate quantities of water. Therefore, they under-urinate . This enhances the accumulation of excessive calcium in the soft tissues of their body, which in turn increases their body weight.

Thus the overweight and obese people retain excessive calcium in their body, and that provides them a high level of immunity against all forms of virus diseases, including sore throat, common cold, flu, and also H1N1.

That is why the obese people do not get any common cold or flu for several years. However, if they get the cold, it never leaves them easily - they suffer for a prolonged period of even three weeks. Drugs will not help them.

Whereas the thin drink large quantities of water, and also urinate liberally. This depletes from their body most of the calcium. As a result, they have only least amounts of calcium stored in their body tissues, and that makes them easy targets for such virus infections. This group of people are prone to get common cold and flu every now and then. Yet, it would disappear within 2 or 3 days

Most of the free calcium in pregnant women tends to get transferred to the growing-up baby in the womb.

Likewise, heavy and prolonged menstrual discharges also tend to remove large quantities of calcium.

Even breast-feeding mothers tend to transfer most of the free calcium to their babies.

Such women can become easy victims of H1N1, due to calcium depletion. Therefore, it becomes very important for all the above three types of women to consume a little more calcium.

I am not in favour of any of these people taking calcium supplements in the form of tablets. Instead, they should go for those foods that are naturally rich in calcium.

While taking calcium-rich foods, one should be cautious against over-doing.

It is important to remember that excessive intake of calcium can give rise to obesity, lumps, cysts, fibroids, kidney stones, prostate problems, and cancers.

It is common knowledge that all metabolic activities result in acid production. Thus, if a person indulges in any form of physical activity beyond the tolerance limit, such as Marathon run, his/her body develops hyperacidosis.
Keeping awake late-nights without adequate sleep, over-working non-stop without adequate rest, excessive starvations, etc. are also not advisable

Consuming frequently too much of acid foods, fruits and drinks, especially by the thin-built people, will be inviting the H1N1 disease. The over-weight people may not need to fear in this respect.

Fruits such as Kundang (Bouea oppositifolia), rambai (Baccaurea motleyana), macang (Mangifera longipetiolata) , mango (Mangifera indica), duku langsat (Lansium sp.), rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum), mangosteen (Garcinia artoviridis) , sour belimbing (Averrhoa sp.), durian (Durio zibethinus), sour durian belanda (Annona muricata), sour plum (Prunus cultivar), strongly sour-tasting pineapple, etc., and vegetables such as asam paya/asam susur/pulicha keerai (Hibiscus sabdariffa), are strong acids.

Strong sour drinks such as Roselle (extracted from Hisbiscus sabdariffa), tamarind juice (Asam jawa), passion fruit juice (Passiflora edulis), etc. are also highly acidic items. Most of the bottled drinks, if they happen to be acidic, may be because of citric acid addition, are not suitable for consumption during a peak virus-outbreak season.

Rain water and pure distilled water are acidic, and they do not contain any mineral substance. Therefore, the thin people should avoid drinking this. Water from pond, river and tap should be considered safe in this respect.

Most of the mineral water and processed distilled water sold in bottles tend to be in the vicinity of pH 7.0 or so. All these, and also the tap water passed through even a simple carbon water purifier, should be considered very safe in this respect.

Orange, lemon and pomelo, although they contain citric acid, should be considered safe for consumption, for they contain plenty of potassium, and that would produce alkaline urine, and thereby do not disturb the body’s immunity.

Alkaline fruits such as pears, dragon fruit, banana, honey melon, water melon, sweet apple, and vegetables such as pumpkin varieties, onion, cucumber, loofa, lady’s finger, beetroot, cauliflower, carrot, etc. are good for the thin-built and extra calcium requiring people.

In general, most of the green leafy vegetables tend to contain plenty of calcium.

Eggs, fish, especially ikan bilis (anchovies), etc. are also good sources of calcium.
Those who feel highly feverish because of extreme acidity can neutralise it by drinking coconut water (Cocos nucifera) about twice a day for three days.

The fruit of palmyra tree that is mistakenly called “Sea Coconut” (Nonggu in Tamil)(Borassus flabellifers), which is available during hot and dry season in Penang, South India, Thailand, and a few more countries near the equator, is extremely alkaline. Therefore, they are best used as herbal medicine for the cure of H1N1.
I have, in my book “Obesity: Causes, Cure and Prevention” indicated that the overweight people should consume only very small quantities of the alkaline products, for they tend to put on more weight if they consumed them in larger quantities, and may even end up with obesity-related diseases as pointed out above.

Preservative containing sourkana, bokana, orange skin, lemon skin, red ginger, etc. tend to make the body acidic. Therefore, they are best avoided at all times, if possible.

Foods most suitable for the thin people to avoid H1N1 infection should include rice and rice-based items. High protein diet (e.g., chicken, soybean), since it tends to release acid during the process of digestion, should not be consumed in large quantities.

Food items cooked two or three days ago, especially if they contain dhall, green-gram, blackgram, peanuts, etc., tend to become acidic, and these are not good at all.

CSI: Miami-Season 7 on AXN 10PM M'sia

In the season seven premiere, Caine appears dead, but had staged his own shooting on the airport tarmac with the help of Wolfe and an ATF sniper, much to the confusion and anger of Calleigh and Eric. This was done in order to allow Caine go underground to flush out and apprehend Saris. Eric seemed especially hurt by Caine selecting Wolfe to assist him. Horatio understood this, but confided in him that despite being the obvious choice, should the plan have failed, he didn't want to unnecessarily risk having anyone's careers tainted by the failure, least of all Eric's.

Caine is next seen at the home of Julia and Kyle, where if only for Kyle's sake, he tries once again to deter Julia from staying with Saris. He gives her the key to a "safe place" and instructs her and Kyle to go there and wait while he flushes Saris out of hiding. At the episode's end, it seems Julia has come to her senses. She agrees to ask a divorce from her husband (Saris), just as he is about to leave the Marina with a boat full of fused alloy bullets. With Horatio's family out of Saris's clutches, the two men face off. Saris fires first and Horatio ducks the shot. Saris sees an opportunity to escape and as it's all he can do to stop him, Horatio fires a round into the gas tank of the yacht, causing an explosion. As the fire department tends to the scene some time later, Eric, while happy to have his chief and best friend back from the dead, informs Horatio that there is no trace of the body.

coming soon.. another disaster movie..2012

The title refers to the end-date of the current (13th) b'ak'tun of the Long Count calendar, used by the Mayan Meso-American civilization. In their creation myth, we live in the fourth "attempt" at creating the world, while the third attempt was dismissed as a failure after its own 13th b'ak'tun. Though Mayan documents contain no such information, popular culture and certain religions predict an apocalyptic event at this date. It is popularly misunderstood that the calendar "ends" on this date, however the Long Count calendar can express dates from approximately 3000BC (their date for the creation of the current world) to approximately 40 octillion years in the future. It is almost impossible to express this date in a mortally comprehensible fashion.

stories on H1N1

High risk infection to person yg smooking, has atshma, children, pregnant woman

Beginner stage
Batuk, selsema, demam, sakit tekak, bila terbesin bunyi tak kuat…

Second Stage
Susah bernafas, simtom macam asthma but not asthma, at this stage if you touch the person, or breath in the same room 80% boleh kena…masa ni kena kuarantin…at hospital. Masalahnya sekarang dah ramai yg kena.. hospital tak cukup katil & bilik kuarantin…Bila u pengsan macam nak mati baru dia org admitted.macam kes adik I.

Critical
Lung infection. Bila X ray we can see the virus covered the lung. Like my brother case. Very scary bila tengok x ray tu. At this stage u need oksigen with highest level, Strongest antivral..very high drug. At least 7 days oksigen kena bagi. % to recover depend to age, imune badan u. That’s why kalau baby atau budak2 susah nak kata…normally die. My brother hari ni genap 8 hari..still need oksigen. Kesian dia. Masa tahap critical tu tercungap2 dia bernafas, sampai menangis..Sampai satu tahap dia berguling atas simen sbb dah tak tahan…sampai dia give up ..sampai dia blh cakap lebih baik Allah ambik nyawa dia…Itu lelaki tu..imagine kalau pompuan atau budak2. We all cuma blh tengok dia dari cermin…tak blh masuk dlm bilik kuarantin…Dr & nurse aje boleh masuh…siap pakai baju plastik. To support him, what we did bagi sms, bagi dia alquran biar dia baca so that dia tenang, bagi tasbih biar dia zikir ingat Allah & bagi Air yasin…Alhamdulillah pastu dia ok sikit.Ada hikmahnya…All the family member unite to support my brother fighting the virus.

Masalahnya hospital swasta tak terima H1N1 case, sekarang ni semua depend hospital kerajaan yg most of the doctors still young . The oldest dr in my brother ward was 28 years. All the Otai dah pergi private. Lepas tu plak this is the first time to treat H1N1 patient. At the same time dr bz with other case as well…1 doktor 5 patient…kat gov hospital…kesian dr2 tu…berhempas pulas nak selamatkan patient. I appreciate them, mmg very appreciate dia org jaga adik i dgn baik sekali..So far hospital Ampang is the best goverment hospital yg i jumpa..very efficient.Very quick action ..Even senior dia org dah pergi private & they don’t have much experience , dia org tetap work hard give the best treatment to the patients..sampai tak balik rumah…tidor kat hospital.

Virus tu very strong…sape kena…memang suffer nak recover…No vaksin..cuma ada antiviral & our mental warrior to fight them. Very genius virus..Can hide in our body…difficult to detect. Only can detect thru swap which the cost is 1K above. Unable detected in blood as well. When they start action…Can kill the person if the body imune does not strong. For those have baby atau anak2, U & ur family do not go to crowded place, better wear mask when u outside from home. The vaksin will come to Msia in Nov-Dec. So far yg I nampak..hanya lelaki dewasa can fight the virus…woman might be 70% , children most probably will die.

Take care You & Your Family

jom buat...ala..modal kecik je..senang plak tu

1) The first is Smurf Sex. This happens during the honeymoon period; you both keep doing it until you're blue in the face.
2) The second is Kitchen Sex. This is at the beginning of the marriage; you'll have sex anywhere, anytime, even in the kitchen.
3) The third kind is Bedroom Sex. You've calmed down a bit, perhaps have kids, so you gotta do it in the bedroom.
4) The fourth kind is Hallway Sex. This is the phase in which you pass each other in the hallway and say, "Screw you!"
5) There is also a fifth kind of sex: Courtroom Sex. This is when you get divorced and your wife screws you in front of everyone in the courtroom

auch!!!

They are all the same

O ne Chinese person walks into a bar in America late one night and he saw Steven Spielberg. As he was a great fan of his movies, he rushes over to him, and asks for his autograph.

I nstead, Spielberg gives him a slap and says "You Chinese people bombed our Pearl Harbor, get out of here."
The astonished Chinese man replied "It was not the Chinese who bombed your Pearl Harbor , it was the Japanese".
"Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese, you're all the same," replied Spielberg.

I n return, the Chinese gives Spielberg a slap and says "You sank the Titanic; my forefathers were on that ship."
Shocked, Spielberg replies "It was the iceberg that sank the ship, not me."
The Chinese replies, "Iceberg, Spielberg, Carlsberg, you're all the same."

This particular joke won an award for the best joke in a competition in Britain
