CSI - Crime Scene Investigation, is a nerd's dream come true. Especially if that nerd loves discussions of laryngeal edema (abnormal accumulation of fluid in the throat), stria patterns (fingernail evidence) or pseudoachondroplasia (false pregnancy). You can also learn more cool things about the human body than you ever thought possible.
CSI is set in the City of Sin, Las Vegas. And there's plenty of unusual sins to investigate. One of CSI's defining characteristics is its wild and varied story lines. Some episodes are straightforward murder cases. Some revolve around those with, shall we say, different interests. However, CSI in general is not a show for younger children. Mature teens may fare better if they are prepared to deal with the gore and sexually suggestive dialog.
So, don't forget to watch Season Finale on the 29 Jul 2009 on AXN. I'm surely don't wanna miss this...
