Did you know that apples are an excellent diet food? They have no fat in them and they are low in calories and usually high in dietary fiber and vitamin C. Apples can be used to lose weight quickly when you replace one or two meals with them. The apples will help you lose weight because they have little or no fat in them and they are low in calories but they are also high in dietary fiber which will help your metabolism. Gala Apple
Gala apples are small and are usually red with a portion being greenish or yellow-green, vertically striped. Gala apples are fairly resistant to bruising and are sweet, grainy, with a mild flavor and a thinner skin than most apples. They are also considered to be a very soft eating apple due to their lack of crispiness, well-suited for denture wearers. Gala Apples are an excellent choice for snacking and salads and hold up well in baking too.
